Distractions

In this fast changing world , Many things are created which distract people from their goals such as social media , 18+ websites , videos games etc

Everybody is aware with the term "distractions" but nobody tries to escape from that . They feel guilty after wasting hours and hours on social media but never take steps to get over it , They feel low confidence , fatigue , boredom etc because of the distractions but they are too lazy to fix their problem.

Solution of two questions which you  ask yourself 1) why am I getting distracted ? And 2) how to stop getting distracted :
Why am i getting distracted?

The lesser you care about your goal, the more you get distracted. It means when some thing which contains high-level dopamine (A happy hormone which releases in your body) . You constantly in competition with highly intelligent people like software engineers , app developers etc they are making such apps which are designed in a specific way to keep you distracted from your goal . They want you to waste time on their apps . 


Your brain is always insearch of high dopamine sources , brain always want pleasure and comfort , when you don't control your own mind, Some of this highly intelligent people control your mind. When you are scrolling , you are constantly triggering high dopamine in your body and  when you stop scrolling, it becomes hard to do things which are very important for you because you don't get the exact same amount of dopamine from that important thing , that is why you again go to those high level dopamine sources and then it becomes a addiction or bad habits.


 How to stop getting distracted ?

Every problem can be solved, Read and apply  these Following steps to stop getting distracted:

Build discipline


You have a duty to do what is right not what which feels good. When you do the hardwork especially when you don't feel like doing is called discipline . Get control over your emotions and be mentality strong.Building discipline cures many problem in life. Delete all the apps which distracts you from your goal.


Value Your Time ⏰

It's not just 5 minutes my friend , If you waste 5 minutes every day of your 16 waking hours,  Approximately you waste 29,000+ minutes in a year , that's 3 weeks of your life. Astonishing right? Don't waste this 3 weeks and keep working. Always value your time because once you spent it, it never come back . Always spend your time in good things. Start watching 2-3 hours of podcast , read books/blogs improve yourself and enhance knowledge.

Meditation

Doing meditation is a great thing , it makes you more conscious and aware . Start doing meditation 10-15 min per day it will help you in future, when you are scrolling on apps, most of the time you are  mindless .

Other things

Stop procrastinating your work , Cut off all your bad habits , Care about your goals and start building good habits.


In conclusion, it is very hard to stop getting distracted but you can do it by above steps. The more you care about goal, the lesser you get distracted .
