Overthinking -The most common problem in today's youth.

Hello to my brothers and sisters, 
Welcome to Parivartan-Blogs, presenting you my first blog. In my first blog I will talk on the topic overthinking
which is the major problem in our youth.


Overthinking is the most common problem in today's generation. overthinking means 
'to think more then limit'. According to physcology it is also known as analysis paralysis, rumination and perserverative
Cognition.




See! Our mind always need solutions.
When mind did not find any solution of particular thing, then mind continuously think about that thing and revolves around it. Then that is the phase where our mind switches it's state of 'thinking' to 'overthinking'.



It is hard to stop thinking about such things but I am here to tell you four useful tips to stop overthinking.as mind is made up to think, it is necessary to think on necessary things is known as right thinking. 





1. know when you're overthinking & when to stop it.

As we all know that overthinking is harmful.but how do we came to know this that we are doing right thinking or overthinking? So answer is when you are overthinking you will notice three things 
First repetition here you fall in the loop ,here you think about one thing often.
Second progress-less-ness Problem is after thinking this much, we cannot come to the any solid solution.
Third unpleasantness  in the end we felt sorry for ourself , we aren't able to feel good for ourselves. Overthinking destroy our self-esteem,self-confidence and overall development in life. When you notice this three things then you will come to know that weither I'm doing right thinking or overthinking.



2. only think about important things and ignore unnecessary things.

Only think about important things and ignore every unnecessary things.freinds 
I give you one task , write on paper, on which things you overthink? And think that, this things are in my control or not.you will come to know that 90% of the things are not in our control.so we should focus on the rest 10% and ignore 90%. 




3. Focus on living in present moment rather then living in past or future.

For example, you have an exam tommorow and you haven't study anything for it. Now you are thinking about your past that why you didn't study? And all or you think about future what if I fail in exam ? What will happen next? Etc etc . You should not waste your precious time in thinking of past and future instead you should think of present and start studying! .



4. Keep yourself busy !

You should set your daily schedule or routine in such way that you don't have to time to overthink because generally overthinking starts in free time or when we are not busy. Action takers always do thinking not overthinking! .
