Life is like a chess game, you can't take moves back all you could do is look at the board you're in , look at the position you're in and make the best moves possible what you can't do is complain and blame others because of your fault.

Chess teaches us self accountability, you can read my blog on self accountability, it teaches that you are responsible for the mistake you did, it teaches if you did mistake then you have to find the best possible move to win.

In conclusion, the benefits of playing chess go far beyond just winning or losing a game. It offers a variety of mental and social benefits that can improve overall well being and quality of life.
