Stress Tolerance


Have you ever wondered why some people in their lives are always happy? I also used to compare myself with other people in terms of many things. In present times scope of activities has increased many times. Everyone wants something that's why they engage in risky and dangerous activities that cause stress.


Stress is a state of worry. In present times professionals are hired to reduce stress. there is an increasing trend in the number of psychiatrists. remember when we were children, we were so happy, we didn't have to worry about anything. The more we started knowing things, the more we became stressed. Does it mean that we should not take knowledge? No!. Can you make progress without having stress? having stress is good or bad? 


Here the stress tolerance comes. stress tolerance means the ability to stay with the stress. In simple words, it means a person's ability to handle and cope with challenges, pressure, or difficult situations without getting overwhelmed or breaking down. the more you tolerate stress, the more you become successful. 



Here are the main causes of stress : 

1. Mindset
 
Mindset plays an important role in overcoming stress. the right mindset can make you successful and the wrong mindset can drag you down to the lowest point. 

Wrong Mindset
  
I am not capable of doing this. I want more while working less. I can't tolerate stress. 


Right Mindset

If I hustle, learn the right skills, and handle stress well, I could become the person I've always wanted to be.

That's why your mindset plays an important role in shaping your lives, you are what you have thought till now and you will become what you will think. by developing the right mindset you can overcome stress. 


2. Less clarity And Working without interest : 

If you work without interest then the work becomes more stressful and boring. Less clarity of path is often the cause of anxiety and stress. Working on tasks that don't interest or inspire you can result in a lack of motivation. the absence of passion for your work can make it more challenging to stay engaged, leading to increased stress.

To reduce stress in such situations, it's important to seek clarity about your goals, break down tasks into manageable steps, and find ways to make your work more engaging. 


Here are steps to control stress : 

 1. Giving Power : 

"Don't give power to the things that take your power away from you" 

when you give importance or attention to things that make you feel weak or powerless, you're actually letting them control you. it's like giving away your own strength. 


Stay strong by not letting things that weaken you have control over you.


2. Tolerate Stress : 

The ability to tolerate stress will be the skill that will be useful and valued in future.

Stress Tolerance ↑ Success ↑

the more you tolerate stress, the more you become stronger. 

Success often involves navigating through uncertainty and change. High-stress tolerance allows individuals to adapt to new situations and challenges, making them more versatile and open to learning from experiences.

Negative thinking and disinterest in work can make stress worse.
