Two Things Most Teenagers Worry About

Teenagers are those who's age is between 13 and 19 years. As their age number ends with the suffix "teen". They are very important in the development of any country. As this is the age where most of the teenagers Fail, Lose, Learn, and Grow. There are various things on which most teenagers worry about.

Here, In today's blog I am going to present two things on which teenagers worry the most.1) Exams 2) Future.

1) Exams :
An exam or test is an educational assessment intended to measure a test-taker's knowledge, skill, aptitude , physical fitness , or classification in my other topics.  Most teenagers are afraid of exams, After the tremendous practice and preparation of whole year , A teenager give one exam of 3 hours to pass the class in which he/she studying. Thus teenagers worry about it so much, they worry about what if they fail?, What if exams wouldn't go well?. Many teenagers suicide if they don't get expected marks.

Simple answer to this question is focus more on process instead of results. Focus more on what is in your hand rather than wasting your mental energy thinking about the things which are not happened.

"Trust the process, Don't worry about which is not happened".

2) Future :
Second most thing which a teenagers worry about is his/her future. They think what if they won't able to make money in future? What if things they expected won't go as they have decided?.
They compare their life with the life of a celebrity on social media. They compare their life with those who are already successful in their life.

" Don't compare yourself with anyone in this word.. if you do so , you are insulting yourself".
                     - bills gates

We should not waste our precious time and mental energy thinking about future instead we should focus more on present and conquer our difficulties.
