• How to meditate properly and correctly?
-> You may have the same problem that I had 6 months ago. Whenever you try to meditate, you can't control or stop the thoughts flowing in your mind so you stopped doing meditation.
-> My friend, what if I say that is not a problem but that is an opportunity?
Having thoughts while doing meditation
In the initial stages is fine.
Refocus meditation
-> It's like you training in the gym and when you do one bench press or one biceps curl you build muscles slowly.
"When you are mindful of the present moment focus on the breath, when your mind wanders into thoughts you get lost in your mind, when you realize that you are lost immediately bring back or re-concentrate on the present moment/breath."
That's 1 rep. Do this consistently and at one point you will be able to do meditation and enjoys its benefits. The above meditation is called refocus meditation.
Note: Don't do this meditation before 4 hours of the time of your sleeping.
Try to do it consistently in the morning to get maximum benefits.
Meditation is indeed a powerful practice that holds the potential to transform our lives in remarkable ways. While it's natural to encounter challenges like wandering thoughts during meditation, these moments are not setbacks but growth opportunities. Just as repetitions in the gym lead to stronger muscles, consistent efforts in meditation build a stronger, focused mind. By embracing techniques like refocus meditation and patiently returning to the present moment, we can gradually develop greater concentration, emotional balance, and peace of mind. Remember, this journey requires patience and commitment. Start your mornings with this practice, allowing its benefits to unfold throughout your day. Through meditation, we empower ourselves to navigate life's challenges with clarity and stability, creating a path toward a more balanced and fulfilling existence.
