It is written on the packets that smoking kills. Most of them are tied by invisible threads of addiction and they are struggling to cut those threads. It has a huge impact on youth and it is damaging the health of youth. 


Movies & social media have made these products look cool and attractive to youth.   Even after setting such high taxes on such products, smokers are still buying such products. 



It is an instant gratification activity. When the mind is bored, it tries to get dopamine from different sources. Here, products like cigarettes, vapes, etc give dopamine which is a chemical that makes us feel good. Due to this release of chemicals, the mind gets addicted to such products. 


The environment is also one of the key factors. A person should be in a group where he is free from such a smoking environment. His friends should not encourage him to smoke. For that, he must spread awareness and try to quit this habit.
